Course Entry/Admission Requirements for BSc in Marketing at Hezekiah University

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

  • The entry requirements shall be at least, credit level passes in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two other relevant subjects at WAEC, NECO, NAPTEB or its equivalent in not more than two sittings.
  • In addition, an acceptable pass in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) based on the approved cut-off mark for the current academic session in which a candidate is seeking admission, with relevant subject combination (Mathematics, Economics and any other social science subject) required for admission into 100 Level.

Direct Entry Mode

Applicants for admission by direct entry shall:

  • Possess two ‘A’ level passes including Economics
  • Possess at least, one of the following:
    • Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB)
    • A minimum of a lower credit pass at the ND or a diploma in a relevant discipline.
    • A first university degree or its equivalent
    • Any other qualification acceptable to the senate.

Inter-University Transfer

Candidates wishing to transfer into the Department of Accounting from another university must have:

  1. Filled the Inter-University Transfer form obtained from Hezekiah University Admissions Officer.
  2. Satisfied the departmental minimum academic standard required for such level.
