Course Entry/Admission Requirements for BSc in Quantity Surveying at Central University of Technology

  • The minimum entry requirement for this qualification is an appropriate Advance Diploma or Bachelor degree at NQF level 7, with sufficient exposure to quantity surveying as principle study discipline.
  • Learners must be able to demonstrate mastering of the necessary information-gathering, analytical and presentational skills required at Exit Level 7 on the NQF equivalent to any of the qualifications recognised for the purposes of access to this learning programme, with an aggregate percentage of 60% and sub-minimum of 60% in a major subject at NQF exit level 7.
