Course Entry/Admission Requirements for Diploma in Civil Engineering at Central University of Technology

For admission to the Diploma in Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering (Dip Eng. Tech (Civil Eng.)) at the CUT, candidates must, in addition to the general admission requirements of the CUT, meet the following minimum requirements: Admission points score of 27.

  • Minimum NSC requirements for degree studies must be met
  • Achievement rating of at least 4 (50-59%) for English
  • Achievement rating of at least 4 (50-59%) for Mathematics and Physical Sciences
