Course Entry/Admission Requirements for M.Eng in Chemical Engineering at Federal University of Petroleum Resources General Requirements All candidates seeking admission into the Postgraduate programmes of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, must satisfy the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO) or National Business Technical and Examination Board (NABTEB) ‘O’ Level or ‘A’ Level requirements for Matriculation into First Degree programmes of the University as approved by Senate for the various Departments.
