Course Entry/Admission Requirements for Master of Policy and Administrative Studies (MPAS) at University of Calabar To be qualified for admission, the prospective candidate must be a University graduate with the following minimum qualifications: i. Students admitted to the programme will be holders of good first degree from recognized universities. ii. Holders of degrees in discipline other than Public Administration would be required to take and pass three (3) 300 and 400 level courses in the Department of Public Administration. These courses will not count for credit toward MPAS degree. iii. To qualify for the award of MPAS degree, a candidate must successfully complete 30 credit hours of the 500 level courses.
