Course Entry/Admission Requirements for MMed in Reproductive Health at Moi University

(i) Meet the common Moi University School of Medicine Graduate Studies Committee (SOMGSC) entry requirements as they refer to Master of Medicine Programmes.

(ii) Be a holder of the MBChB degree from Moi University or it‟s equivalent from other institutions approved by Moi University Senate

(iii) Be registered or registerable as a medical practitioner by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (MPDB)

(iv)
a) Have worked for at least one (1) year after internship
b) 2 years post internship for General Surgery & Orthopaedic Surgery.

(v) Pass admission interviews as determined by the Department Postgraduate Committee.

(vi) If from foreign countries, show evidence of proficiency in English language.

NB: Interviews will be in both written and oral form.

  4. The first time you login, you are required to accept or reject the programme you have been offered. Accepting the offer gives you the access to other services while rejecting denies you access to any other services.

To apply or register for a programme, you are required to attach the following documents:

  1. Passport photo - a clear passport sized photo is required
  2. Scanned National ID - Applys to only Kenyan applicants who are above 18 years of age.
  3. Scanned Passport - applys to Non-Kenyan applicants
  4. Academic certificates - at least 2 academic certificates are required. Example KCPE & KCSE certificates.
