Course Entry/Admission Requirements for PGD in Accounting at University of Calabar The requirements for admission into the PGD in Accounting programme are as follows: (a) A bachelor’s degree with at least a third class in Accounting or any Management Sciences-related field from a recognized university. (b) A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2nd class degree in any other field from a recognized university. (c) Holders of HND with Upper Credit and/or professional qualification of ICAN, ANAN, CIBN, CITN, NIMN or NIPR are also eligible to apply for admission provided they meet the university’s matriculation requirements. (d) In addition to (a), (b) and (c) above, candidates must possess five credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics and Economics at O’ Level in WASC, GCEor NECO in not more than two (2) sittings (e) Applicants for admission are expected to pass the Graduate School qualifying examinations for postgraduate admissions.
